How to Order Your Supplies

Small Group and Individual division agents can order all the supplies they need online using our Custom Ordering Interactive Network (COIN). Here is how to set up and begin using your COIN account:

 

How to Log In

Visit our Web site and click on "I am an Agent." Under Resources, you'll see a link to order supplies.

 

If you are a new agent or have never used COIN to order supplies before, you will need to visit the COIN account set-up page. Enter your agent number, e-mail address and phone number into the registration form. Then select "Create Account." Once your account is created you will be automatically redirected to the login page where you can enter your agent number and password to begin using COIN.

 

Helpful hint: Bookmark the COIN login page in your Web browser so you can quickly pull up the page. 

 

How to View and Print Forms

After logging into COIN you will see a list of categories on the left side of your screen. Select the category that represents the product line for the supplies you want to order. For example, if you want to order Personal BluePlanSM applications, you would select the "Individual Agents Supplies" category. After you select the appropriate category, a list of forms that are available to order will appear on the right side of your screen.

 

To view and print a form, click on the form's order number in the "Product Name" column. Then click on the "Click here to view or print" graphic that appears. A PDF of the form will open. You can save a copy of the PDF to your desktop and/or print copies.

 

How to Order Forms

Enter the quantity you would like to order of each form in the "Qty" column on the right side of your screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you have finished adding all your orders to your shopping cart, click on "Shopping Cart" (between "Home" and "Order History") at the top of the page. Review your order. If all forms and quantities in your shopping cart are correct, click "Checkout." Enter the address you want your order shipped to and any special instructions. Then click "Order Detail." Verify your order and click "Submit Order." You will be given an order number that you can use to track your order. You will receive an e-mail notification to confirm that your order was received and will be processed.
