Have you ever received a message on your computer that says your "session has expired"? This could mean two things -- a problem with cookies or a problem with a firewall.
A "cookie" allows our Web site to send information to your computer while you are visiting our site. Cookies help us track how you navigate through the site. For example, we can learn the date and time of when people visit, which pages they view and how long they spend on our site. What we don't do is identify you personally, except to validate your access to your personal information. It's similar to a traffic report -- cookies help track trends and behaviors, but do not identify individuals.
If you don't have cookies enabled on your computer, you may not be able to use our site properly. Sometimes, your computer may not store cookies because of your browser -- Internet Explorer or Netscape. Choose which browser you have from the list below and we'll explain how to enable cookies. If we don't list your browser, you may need to update that on your computer before you can use our site as well.
If you enable cookies on your browser and you still have problems with our site, then you may have a firewall at your company or on your personal computer that prevents your computer from enabling cookies. (A firewall is a security measure.) If you have a firewall program such as Norton Internet Security, you will need to adjust your firewall to accept cookies. If your company has a firewall, please contact your company's technical team.
