Promoting and Protecting Health

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina joined WIS-TV in a partnership with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) in the All-Health Team awards program. DHEC established the competitive awards program in 2003, which is open to all South Carolina youth. The school or community organization submits its existing project focused on a health-related issue. The winners are chosen based on the goals of the project, measurements of its success and plans to expand and improve the project.
