Quantity Management Program Change

Effective July 1, 2011, we will add a quantity limit for the brand-name drug Atelvia to our Quantity Management program. We will limit Atelvia coverage to four tablets per month. If you need more Atelvia than your coverage allows, talk to your doctor about your options.
