Quantity Management Program Change

On July 1, 2011 we will change the quantity limit for the brand-name drug Concerta. Beginning July 1, we will limit Concerta 20 mg coverage to two tablets per day. We will limit Concerta 30 mg and Concerta 60 mg to one tablet per day. Members who need more Concerta than their coverage allows should talk to their doctors about their options.
