Introducing the SouthCarolinaBlues.com Agent Finder

The Web has proven to be an amazing resource for finding just about anything.

We’re excited to announce a new way for customers to find our top selling agents through our new agent finder tool on our website, SouthCarolinaBlues.com. In 2010, almost 60,000 people visited our website looking for insurance. The tool allows potential members to search for group, under 65, Medicare Supplement or Chamber agents in their local areas.

With more than 2,000 agents across the state, we had to find a way to narrow the list. An agent who meets the qualifications below will appear in the agent finder for six months. After six months, we’ll run the numbers again.

  • The first qualification period includes sales numbers from September 1, 2009, to October 1, 2010.
  • An agent must have a minimum of five sales attributed to his or her mailing address.
  • Agents can qualify in one or more of these four categories:
    • Group
    • Under 65
    • Medicare Supplement
    • Chamber

We will list the top three qualified agents for each category in each county.

This is a great opportunity for you to get exposure on our website. As the agent finder becomes a more powerful consumer tool, we will discontinue our Yellow Pages program in 2011.
