Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment

It’s that time of the year again! Medicare Advantage open enrollment begins Oct. 15. We will make our 2012 Medicare Advantage supplies available for downloading and/or ordering from Storefront on Oct. 1. We cannot make supplies available prior to Oct. 1 due to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. Also due to CMS regulations, only Medicare Advantage-appointed agents will be able to access the materials in Storefront.

If you do not have access to Storefront, or if you cannot remember your login information, please contact us immediately at mktg.communications@bcbssc.com. Please include your name and agent number in the email.

As noted, some materials will only be available for downloading on Oct. 1. If you need hard copies immediately, please contact your marketing representative. We will notify you as soon as hard copies are available for ordering on Storefront. Because of the high demand for hard copies in the past, there will be a quantity limit for ordering. If you need to order more than the limit, please contact your marketing representative. Demand for these materials is always high and we try to make sure everyone gets what they need. If you order the maximum quantity allowed of any product, you will not be able to order that product again for five business days.

Please be aware that the high demand also creates a slower turnaround for these orders. Shipments should arrive within four to five business days.
