System Upgrade Information

Starting Saturday, January 30, we are implementing a system upgrade that will temporarily impact processing enrollment changes and terminations. Specifically, any Under 65 members with effective dates prior to December 18, 2008, and Over 65 members on list bill, will be unable to make changes to their coverage during the upgrade. This will not impact new applications.

We will not complete any changes you submit to BlueCross for impacted members until after the system upgrade. We expect the upgrade to take approximately five business days. We will notify you after the upgrade is complete.

Once the upgrade is complete, members will have these bill pay options:

  • Bank draft, one time or recurring
  • Credit card, one time or recurring
  • Monthly paper bill

For expedited service, please fax changes to 803-264-0142 no later than January 26.
