To help everyone get 2013 started on the right foot, we’re reminding you of our Medicare Advantage dedicated broker service line. We created it especially so that Medicare Advantage agents can get their questions answered as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about your Medicare Advantage customers, please call 877-374-9836.

Don’t forget that we have designated lines for our other lines of business as well:

Individual

For questions about application status, changes in benefits, addition of dependents, appeals to Underwriting and application packets for the South Carolina Health Insurance Pool (SCHIP), please call 800-288-2227, ext. 46401.

Group

For questions about group coverage, please call 800-868-2500, ext. 41010.

Claims

For questions about the claim status of a group or an under 65 member, or Explanation of Benefits (EOB), please call 800-288-2227, ext. 43475.

Medicare Supplements

For questions about selling Medicare supplement plans, please call 800-760-2230. For questions about existing Medicare supplement plans, please call 800-868-2500, ext. 46401.
