My Health Toolkit

We repeatedly direct members to My Health ToolkitSM for information for a reason. It’s a great online tool, full of personalized information for each member. A member can check his or her claim status, calculate how much a procedure will cost, find a great doctor or hospital, and view his or her Summary Explanations of Benefits (Summary EOBs). And the best part is that the member can check the information at any time, even on a smartphone!
