Bookmarking It

Storefront is a great place to find, print and order BlueCross supplies. Did you know there is another website that has BlueCross supplies? Try the forms page on SouthCarolinaBlues.com. There, you can find applications, claim forms, even outlines of coverage, all without a password.

  • You can bookmark the forms page so you never need to search for it again.
  • In Internet Explorer, use the Favorites tab. While on the page, select “Add to Favorites…”
  • In Mozilla Firefox, use the Bookmarks tab. While on the page, click on the star icon in the address bar.
  • In Google Chrome, click on the star icon in the address bar.
  • In Safari, use the Bookmarks tab. While on the page, click on “Bookmark This Page…”
