We Have a Few Questions

Once again, we need to verify group size for Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) purposes. We will also need groups not regulated by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) (for example, churches) to verify that should they receive an MLR rebate in the future, they will distribute the rebates to their employees.

Additionally, we are asking grandfathered groups to affirm their contribution levels have not changed since March 23, 2010.

This year, we are sending the surveys via email. All small groups will receive the survey and we ask that they complete it no later than Oct. 28. The surveys will come from the email address BlueCrossRebate@bcbssc.com.
