While Small Group and Individual division agents are not allowed to place their own Yellow Pages ads using the BlueCross name or logo, if an agent meets pre-set individual sales production requirements, that agent's name and contact information will be included in a BlueCross-sponsored Yellow Pages ad.

To qualify for a BlueCross Yellow Pages ad, an agent must meet one of the following requirements:

• Sold 50 lives in the past 12 months
• Sold 75 lives in the past 24 months

BlueCross runs Yellow Pages ads in phone directories across South Carolina. Agents who qualify will appear in the ad placed in the directory closest to where they live. For example, Charleston agents who qualify will appear in the Charleston BellSouth directory.

The production reports used to determine eligibility are run a month prior to a directory's close date. The close date is the last day we can make changes to the ad. The report will include agents' production through the end of the previous month. For example, the close date for the Charleston directory is in May. We will run the production report to determine who qualifies in April. That report will list the agents' individual production through March.
