We are giving members access to cosmetic surgery at special rates! Members can enjoy substantial savings on a variety of cosmetic procedures.

Cosmetic surgery continues to be an extremely popular service.  According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, nearly 12 million cosmetic plastic surgery porcedures were performed in 2007 -- a 7 percent increase from 2006.
