Just log in to My Insurance ManagerSM†  for providers (if it's your first time, you'll have to create a simple profile first). You'll find health or dental patient information including claims details, eligibility, benefits and much more. You can even file claims online! Plus, if you can't find the information you are looking for, you can use our secure Ask Provider Services feature that will direct your question to the best representative who can answer. Need more assistance? Our education specialists serve as our liaisons to the healthcare community. This helps promote positive relationships through continued education and problem resolution.
