The HIPAA compliant 835 4010 Electronic Remittance Advice is now available for hospitals, healthcare professionals and clearinghouses. This replaces the 3051 version.

Hospitals and healthcare professionals who wish to receive the 835 transaction directly should complete the Hospital & Healthcare Professional Trading Partner Agreement. Clearinghouses must complete the Clearinghouse Trading Partner Agreement. Both documents include the required enrollment form.
