The Hospital & Healthcare Professional Trading Partner Agreement is intended for use by doctors and other healthcare professionals who intend on transmitting HIPAA compliant transactions directly to us. Completing this form will allow you to send and receive HIPAA compliant transactions when you will not be using a clearinghouse to process transactions. Please be sure to complete the entire agreement and Exhibit A, the EDIG Enrollment Form, which follows the agreement.
