Specialty Drug and Prior Authorization Drug Lists Changes

We are adding two new drugs to our specialty drug and prior authorization drug lists:

  • Incivek
  • Victrelis 

To learn more about our specialty drug list, select the Specialty Drug List link on the Prescription Drug Information page on our website. To learn more about our prior authorization drug list, select the Drug Management link on the Prescription Drug Information page on our website. Then select the Prior Authorization Drug List link.
