Members who have our Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can access their information online! It's easy to use and secure, so personal information is completely confidential.
Members can enjoy the convenience of managing their FSAs through My Health Toolkit®. Simply log into My Health Toolkit and click the Access Account link on the Welcome page.
Please note: If your employees have access to this program but do not have health or dental coverage through us, they will not be able to access their FSAs through My Health Toolkit. Instead, they can check their FSAs here.
Members should have already received an FSA confirmation letter with instructions for using their new Web Usernames and Passwords. To ensure quality service, if they did not get a letter, or if you have questions or any corrections to account information, please call 800-300-5248. Or, complete this form.
