Drug Management, Preferred Drug and Specialty Drug List Changes

Here are changes made to our drug lists during the first quarter of 2010.

• Drug Management Lists -- We added seven drugs and removed one drug.
• Preferred Drug List -- We added four drugs and removed nine drugs. Four of the nine drugs have generic equivalents available.
• Specialty Drug List -- We added 10 drugs to our Specialty Drug List and removed two drugs.
