When you have questions or need immediate medical advice, call 24-hour Nurse Advisor toll free at 888-521-2583 and speak directly with a registered nurse. For emergencies, call 911 or local emergency services first.

During the call, our nurses will:

  • Assess your symptoms.
  • Suggest a self-care plan, if appropriate.
  • Direct you to a physician.
  • Direct you to emergency or urgent care, when necessary.

You can also visit 24-hour Nurse Advisor by logging into My Health Toolkit®. Here you have access to an online symptom advisor, an audio health library and a secure messaging feature that allows you to send your questions through our website.
