You can file both CMS-1500 and CMS UB-04 claims to us via the Web using My Insurance ManagerSM. You can also submit CMS-1500 claims to us using the Superbill tool within My Insurance Manager. This tool is ideal for providers who want to submit primary claims for one date of service only.
My Insurance Manager allows you to submit claims for all BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina plans (including dental), State Health Plan, Federal Employee Program (FEP), Planned Administrators, Inc. (PAI), Employee Benefit Services (EBS) and Thomas Cooper members. On behalf of BlueCross, PAI, EBS and Thomas Cooper provide third party administration services. PAI, EBS and Thomas Cooper are separate companies. You can submit primary, secondary and corrected claims for both professional and institutional providers. File online with these secure tools and most claims with any amounts due will process in three to five days.
