CMS-Mandated Compliance Training

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has mandated that Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Program (PDP) sponsors must provide annual compliance training to First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities who provide health, prescription drugs or administrative services to MA or PDP enrollees on behalf of a health plan.

Since we contract with CMS, we must ensure all entities meet annual compliance and education training requirements. As a contracted entity with us, your office must meet this mandatory requirement.

To fulfill this requirement, please download and read our training course.

Once the training is completed you or an authorized individual must submit an online attestation stating that all applicable individuals within your organization have completed the annual compliance training.
