BlueCard Benefits and Eligibility

When you check benefits and eligibility for BlueCard® members through My Insurance ManagerSM, the benefits will be at the service type level and not the procedure code level. If you need procedure code level, call 800-676-BLUE (2583) and you will be routed to the member’s home plan.
