My Insurance ManagerSM Precertification and Referrals Work-Around

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve our current issues with completing precertifications and referrals in My Insurance Manager. Here’s a work-around you can try while we work to resolve the issue: 

  1. Visit https://npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov/NPPESRegistry/NPIRegistryHome.do to search for a provider’s NPI number. You can search by practice or the doctor’s name and state.
  2. Copy and paste your search results into the appropriate field in My Insurance Manager.
  3. Continue and complete the required fields to get your precertification or referral.
