2021 Small Group MLR Surveys Coming Soon

Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), each year insurance companies must report a medical loss ratio (MLR) to state and federal agencies. Groups insured with us at any point in 2021 will soon receive an email containing the MLR survey to complete. This includes groups cancelled during the year.

Group letters and surveys

We'll send surveys to the group leader’s email address on file.   

We'll also send a follow-up email to provide details on completing the survey.

Completing the survey each year and providing information on the group’s size helps us determine which groups qualify for rebates. Rebates are determined on an annual basis and are not guaranteed.

Group leaders should receive a confirmation email when submitting responses through the email link provided on the survey.

Note: Until a group’s response is received, survey request reminders will be issued on a monthly basis.
