No-Pay Copay

Free generic medications for those who qualify!

Dealing with a chronic health condition can be challenging. No-Pay Copay offers generic medication to treat certain conditions at no cost to you.

Health Conditions That Qualify

You may qualify for No-Pay Copay if you are an adult State Health Plan primary member, a retiree whose primary coverage is the State Health Plan, or a COBRA subscriber, and you have one of the following health conditions:

  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes

How It Works

No-Pay Copay will pay for your generic medications to treat your condition. All you need to do is complete a few simple health-enhancing activities each quarter. The activities will be customized just for you. They may include talking by phone to a health coach, reading articles about your condition, having a lab test, or other steps. Every three months, your required activities will change. You’ll need to complete the new activities to qualify for your generic drugs the next three months.

How to Sign Up or Continue Participating in No-Pay Copay

To sign up or re-enroll in No-Pay Copay, your first step is to register for Rally®. Rally is a product of Rally Health Inc., an independent company that provides a digital platform on behalf of your health plan. Rally makes it easier for you to improve and maintain your overall health. Based on your responses to a quick Health Survey, you’ll get personalized recommendations to help you move more, eat better and feel great. If you have already signed up for Rally, log in and see Step 4 below. If this will be your first time visiting Rally, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to My Health Toolkit®. (If you haven’t yet registered for My Health Toolkit, grab your State Health Plan membership card and select the Register Now link. You’ll be done in a few clicks.)

Step 2: After you log in to My Health Toolkit, here’s how you register for Rally:

  • Select the Wellness  tab
  • Click Rally.
  • Click the Sign Up for Rally Now! link.

Step 3: On the Rally site, click the Sign Up button and follow the instructions to create your profile. Make sure to complete the health survey to get your Rally Age.

Step 4: On the Rally site, click the Rewards tab, and then View Program. Scroll down the page and in the Personal Rewards section, you’ll see the activities you will need to complete to qualify for your generic medications at no cost the following quarter.

Rally will track your progress quarterly. If you miss the deadline for an activity, you will lose the special rate for prescriptions. However, you can earn it back for the next quarter by completing the activities on your Rally dashboard.

If you have trouble registering for or using Rally, call 877-484-7715 to speak to a Rally customer service advocate.
