Premium Payment Deadline Extended to Jan. 24 for NEW ACA Members

New members with individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans with effective dates of Jan. 1, 2019, now have until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, to pay their first month’s premiums. Although the payment deadline is extended, members must pay before they can use their benefits.

The Jan. 24 extension DOES NOT apply to renewing ACA members. It only applies to new members with Jan. 1, 2019, effective dates.

Ways to Pay

We offer several convenient ways for members to make payments anytime, anywhere including: 

  • Pay By Phone
  • Call our automated payment system 24/7 at 855-404-6752, and select option 1
  • My Health Toolkit®
  • Members can pay their premium by logging into their My Health Toolkit account. If new members have not yet set up a My Health Toolkit account, they can easily register using the Register Now link on Members can register for an account using their member ID number. If a member has not yet received an ID card, they can still register for an account using their Social Security number and date of birth.
  • Members can also download the free My Health Toolkit mobile app and make payments using their smartphone or tablet device.
