On Feb. 1, 2021, we sent you the South Carolina Department of Insurance bulletin announcing the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) extending relief on transitional policies for non-grandfathered plans through the end of 2022. As required, we are mailing renewal letters to all individual and family non-grandfathered members this week informing them of this extension. You can view a sample of the letter here.
