We are excited to introduce our new Small Group Sales and Marketing Team! We have expanded our team to further our commitment of supporting the new sales and retention efforts of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Small Group plans.

New Director of Small Group Marketing

Sam Monroe has been promoted to the Director of Small Group Marketing. In his new role, Sam will assume responsibility for our small group sales and retention efforts. Sam began his career with BlueCross in 2002 and has been working in the Group & Individual Division since 2006.

New Retention Representatives

We now have two Retention Representatives to work with you to conduct renewal meetings with your groups. 

• Marla Teague — Upstate region
• Erin Burnside — Midlands/Lowcounty/Pee Dee regions
