Employer Portal for Managing Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) Plans Begins Nov. 1

Oct. 17, 2022

Starting Nov. 1, 2022, ICHRA group administrators will have access to key monthly reports via a new AccrueHealth Employer Portal. Administrators will be able download information including a roster of currently enrolled employees, ICHRA contributions and bank draft reports.

Prior to Nov. 1, group administrators will receive an email that will provide a user ID and temporary password to access their account on the portal. On the first of each month, an email will alert portal users when reports are available for viewing.

Reports posted to the portal will be available to administrators for up to 90 days. Reports that will be available for viewing are:

  • Employer Funding Report
    • NOTE: We will no longer send this report via email. It will only be available on the portal.
  • Employer Account Reconciliation Report
  • Enrolled Participant Report

Accessing the Employer Portal

To access the portal, the group administrator will go to wealthcare.admin.com. The portal is best accessed using Chrome as your browser. However, it is possible to access the portal via other browsers. After logging in, it will be necessary for users to enable pop-ups in the browser being used. Agents will not have access to the Employer Portal. Agents may request a report as needed. You can get instructions on enabling pop-ups through various browsers here.

We have created an ICHRA Coordinator's Guide to provide important information on managing ICHRA accounts as well as additional details on the new portal and reports. Download it here

If you have questions or need assistance accessing the portal, please email us at enrollment.accrueheatlh@bcbssc.com.
