We have added new fields for Medicare Advantage members on BASES to enhance client information management. The new fields are: 

• A 36-month reminder column.
• County designation.

Log in to the BASES tool to locate and begin using these new features. BASES is updated daily, Monday through Friday, with new enrollments and member information. As a reminder, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Medicare Advantage members have up to 36 months from enrollment to move to a BlueCross Medicare Supplement plan without medical underwriting if they choose to do so.

How to log in to BASES: 

1. Go to the BASES login page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter your password.

Forgot your password?

You can reset it by clicking the “forgot password" link on the BASES login page. You will get a temporary password until you log in and change it.
