The renewal timeline begins 135 days prior to the group’s ICHRA renewal. It features:

• Six milestones or BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina touchpoints throughout the renewal timeline.
• Notifications to the agent prior to group notifications.
• All-encompassing census reporting.
• Group- and member-level notifications, communications and reminders.
• Guidance on affordability calculations.
