Heads Up: Individual and Family Plan Cancelation Outreach

Any on-exchange subscriber who has disenrolled in a BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Individual or Family plan will be contacted.

Communications Approach
We will send an email and text message to on-exchange subscribers that have opted in to receive communications starting this week. Here is a sample of the digital communications. 

All on-exchange subscribers who canceled will also receive a postcard in the mail week of Dec. 18 and then again after the New Year. 

We are directing the member to contact their agent if they wish to re-enroll in a BlueCross plan. If this is the right move for them, please help them to make the transition back to a BlueCross plan that will suit their health coverage needs in 2024.
