New Monthly Premiums for Blue Dental Plan Effective April 1, 2023

The monthly premiums for the Blue DentalSM plan (groups 2 – 50) have been updated. For new members, these rates will go into effect April 1, 2023. For existing members, new rates will go into effect on the group's renewal date. New premium rates are reflected in My Business ManagerSM.
Note that there is no difference in premium rates between stand-alone and dental+medical coverage.
The 2023 Blue Dental brochure is being updated with the new rates, and we will notify you as soon as it is available on Storefront.
