BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina opened enrollment for consumers who are shopping without a subsidy. You can get a quote and enroll your clients in an off-exchange 2024 BlueCross individual and family plan. 

How to Quote and Enroll Non-Subsidized 2024 Plans: 

You will need to use Shop & Apply to quote and enroll your clients from now until Nov. 1, 2023. Shop & Apply can be accessed by logging into My Business Manager.
 
Starting Nov. 1, you can use Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) to enroll both on and off-exchange 2024 plans.
