Agents must complete two mandatory steps to receive commission for selling 2025 BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Individual and Family Plans: 

• Complete the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Registration and Training, which is now available for returning agents. This training must be completed no later than Oct. 31.
• Verify your registration and training completion on the CMS website.
• Attend an agent seminar. For those who could not attend an in-person agent seminar, you will be required to complete a training in the Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Click to log in to the LMS and complete the required training or access the training through your My Business Manager profile. 

Commissions will not be paid on policies enrolled prior to completing these requirements.
