New Fitness Benefit for Medicare Supplement Members

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is committed to supporting healthy aging for our Medicare members. As part of that commitment, we’re excited to announce that starting Aug. 1, 2025, we will once again be offering the Silver&Fit® Healthy Aging and Exercise program.
The Silver&Fit program offers:
- A robust network of thousands of fitness centers and participating YMCAs so members can find a location that meets their unique fitness needs.
- A digital library of on-demand workout videos, many designed specifically for older adults, so members can work out anytime, anywhere.
Please note: Some members’ current gyms may not be included in the Silver&Fit network. If a member’s gym is no longer participating, they’ll need to select a new location to continue using their benefit at no cost.
Members can preview participating gyms at www.SilverandFit.com/search before Aug. 1.
How Members Get Started
- Visit www.SilverAndFit.com and select Check Eligibility to create an account and get their Fitness ID.
- Use their account to confirm if their fitness center is participating or select a new one.
- Present their Fitness ID at the fitness center to apply their benefit.
