New Security Enhancements for Small Group Billing and Enrollment Platforms

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance. As part of this commitment, we’ve partnered with our technology providers to implement important security enhancements that will affect how you log in to BluesEnroll℠ and Blue e-Bill℠.
What's New? Multi-Factor Authentication Requirement
Users are now required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when signing in to BluesEnroll and Blue e-Bill.
If you haven’t yet encountered the MFA prompt, you will need to set up an MFA method when logging in.
Choose your Authentication Method
To set up your MFA method:
- Log in to the platform using your existing credentials.
- You will be prompted to select a multi-factor authentication method.
- Choose one of the following options and follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup:
If you’d like more information about the MFA setup process, select the “What’s multi-factor authentication?” link on the login screen.
Once you’re logged in, you can view or update your MFA method at any time by navigating to your account profile settings.
