Agents are required to enter their National Producer Number (NPN) on all platforms in place of their agent ID. 

To Use Platforms:

Agents must first log in through Agent Connection rather than accessing individual platforms — such as My Business Manager or BASES — directly. Accessing these systems through Agent Connection ensures that all information is accurately captured and processed.

To View Documents:

Commission statements within Agent Connection will now appear in a consolidated format. Agents may identify the source of each statement by referencing the agency NPN. More identifying information on individual agencies is located under the My Hierarchy tab.

To Regain Administrative Access:

Agent administrators who need to restore access to platforms that require an NPN should contact Agent.Administration@bcbssc.com to create a profile with an email address not already tied to an active account.

Please note: Agent administrators must request access, even if their agency had administrative access prior to NPN implementation.
