Monthly premiums for Blue Dental plans for small groups (2 – 50 lives) will increase by 2.5 percent. 

• New groups: Updated rates will take effect June 1, 2026.
• Existing groups: Updated rates will go into effect on the group's renewal date.

The new premium rates are now available in Agent Connection. 

Please note: Rates remain the same for both stand-alone dental plans and dental plans bundled with a medical plan.
