When you log in, you will see a report based on your NPN that contains group member details related to your small group clients.

How This Helps You

• This enhancement gives you full transparency and self-service access, allowing you to:
• Confirm the census for any group in the group and individual line of business.
• Validate that new employees have been added.
• Confirm employees have been canceled and removed from a group plan to reduce billing errors and retroactive corrections.
• Have instant access to employee ID card numbers — one of our most requested features!
