BlueCross TotalSM — Medicare Advantage preferred provider organization (PPO)
PPO plans offer the savings of a provider network, but with the flexibility to choose out-of-network care. Your clients who choose these plans will pay low out-of-pocket costs when they seek care within our network. But they can choose other doctors, as well. They’ll also get travel freedom with health coverage in 47 states, the District of Columbia and 1 territory through the out-of-state travel network, as well as worldwide emergency care.
BlueCross Total ValueSM — Medicare Advantage preferred provider organization (PPO)
Our $0 PPO plan offers the savings of a provider network, but with the flexibility to choose out-of-network care. Your clients who choose these plans will pay low out-of-pocket costs when they seek care within our network. But they can choose other doctors, as well. They’ll also get travel freedom with health coverage in 47 states, the District of Columbia and 1 territory through the out-of-state travel network, as well as worldwide emergency care, all with a $0 premium.
BlueCross SecureSM — Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization (HMO)
With an HMO, your clients must use doctors, specialists or hospitals in the plan's network, except for medical emergencies or when urgent care is needed.
BlueCross Blue BasicSM MA-only — Medicare Advantage preferred provider organization (PPO) without prescription drug coverage
A Blue Basic MA-only PPO comes with all the benefits of a Medicare Advantage PPO plan from BlueCross, with the exception of prescription drug coverage.
