- Keep your account current. We delete inactive profiles after 16 months.
- Be aware of routine maintenance. We work hard to keep information My Business Manager current. The system is unavailable on Sundays from 5 p.m. to midnight Eastern Standard Time, as we perform weekly maintenance.
