Personify Health Helps Employers Transform Workplace Well-Being

What is Personify Health?
No two members are the same. Everyone comes to a wellness program with different health histories, needs, interests and preferences.
Personify Health is a digital resource. It is personalized based on user data and creates a unique experience for each member. It helps users take small, consistent steps to improve their health. They can view daily cards, join journeys and challenges, and track healthy habits based on their interests. Then they can find resources and support to put their ideas into action.
Members can even invite up to 10 friends and family members to join in the challenges and compare stats. A little competition can be fun, too.
“Our clients, their employees and their family members want programs that are tailored not just to their health status but to their lifestyle and preferences for engagement,” Shaffer says.
How do members access Personify Health?
After a group implements Personify Health, members can log in to their My Health Toolkit® accounts, select Wellness & Care Management, and then choose Personify Health to enroll. Once enrolled, members can set their interests and enjoy a single sign-on. Access to the mobile app will provide members with a variety of ways to stay engaged and active.
What other features can an employer use in Personify Health?
Groups can offer rewards in the platform. These might include:
- Gift cards.
- Premium reductions.
- Deposits into members’ health savings and health reimbursement accounts.
Incentives are designed to drive member engagement in activities such as wellness exams or setting well-being goals. Personify Health makes this type of reward program easy to manage. It provides member-level reporting monthly.
