Payments and Remittance Advices

Go paperless! With electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA), you can eliminate the hassles of waiting to receive paper checks and remittance advice for your patients by mail. We can send payments directly to your designated bank account. And you can view and even sort through remittance information online. Electronic payments and ERA information generally are available about four days sooner than with hard copy mailing.

Enrolling is Easy

Not yet enrolled in our EFT/ERA program? Complete and return the Electronic Funds Transfer and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Enrollment and Terms and Conditions form.

Accessing Remittance Information

You can view imaged copies of your remittance advice through My Insurance ManagerSM, or build historical, member-specific remittances that you can sort, view and print with My Remit Manager
