Enrolling with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice® HealthPlan is easy. We encourage you to review the available checklists online to ensure you are prepared to provide all the required information for your submission.

You will use My Provider Enrollment Portal (MyPEP) to complete new enrollment for a practitioner or group, or to make certain maintenance requests (i.e., adding a network, removing a location, etc.). We are transitioning to a new version of MyPEP (MyPEP 2.0). As a result, expired or closed cases that were entered using the older version (MyPEP 1.0) cannot be reopened.

Effective June 9, 2025, all new applications must be submitted through MyPEP 2.0. Before submitting new applications in MyPEP 2.0, be sure to register your account. Because the new portal is on a separate platform, your existing MyPEP 1.0 account details could not be carried over.

Note: All open enrollment applications already submitted in MyPEP 1.0 will remain active and processed to completion. If you have any missing items for any of these applications, the requested information must be submitted by June 30, 2025. Any application with outstanding missing items after June 30 will be canceled and a new application must be submitted in MyPEP 2.0.

Use the following links to access the appropriate version of MyPEP for your needs:

  • My Provider Enrollment Portal 1.0 - For applications submitted before June 9, 2025. You are unable to submit any new applications in this version. It will only allow you to submit any missing items for any active cases until June 30. After this date, if the required missing items are not received, the case will be canceled.
  • My Provider Enrollment Portal 2.0 - For all new applications submitted on and after June 9, 2025.
