How Our Benefits Package Works for You
Sept. 4, 2025

Our employees often give a number of reasons for why they love working here. The people. The career options. Making a difference in our community. Our support of veterans.
Our benefits package also tops the list. The list of benefits has something for everyone. It doesn’t matter what stage of life you are in, we have a package of benefits to meet your needs.
Here’s an overview of perks for our full-time employees.
Health plans
Our company offers four subsidized health plans. You can find the right fit for your health needs. We know that a plan that meets the health care needs for one person may not be the best plan for another. Your plan may also include a health savings account with a company contribution.
The health package includes free vision coverage. Dental coverage is also available for you and your family.
We’re proud that so many employees choose to stay with us. You can opt for a different health plan as your needs change.
When you work here, our Human Resources team can help you understand your options.
Retirement plans
We offer traditional and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans with company match. All employees are automatically enrolled, so you don’t have to do anything to start planning for retirement.
Paid time off
You begin earning PTO first of the month following 28 days. This is one area that changes. The longer you work for us, the more time you earn. This is on top of nine paid holidays.
On-site facilities
For those who work on-site, we have cafeterias and fitness centers. Our fitness centers have group exercise classes and locker rooms. The cafeterias offer healthy dining options. Our wellness efforts have been recognized by two national groups for supporting staff well-being.
Education assistance
Beyond our leadership training and professional development, we have an education assistance program. It allows employees to pursue degrees and advance their careers.
Life insurance
We offer company-paid and voluntary life insurance options to give you peace of mind.
Employee assistance
Our employee assistance program (EAP) gives you access to mental health, financial health and other resources. The EAP also helps with work-life balance and with finding dependent or elder care.
With career opportunities in a range of areas, we are always looking for top talent to join our team to make a difference for our members and clients. Search our open positions to find the right fit for you. Our recruiters offer tips for preparing the perfect resume and landing a job with us.
